The Idea

I am working on getting my fitness in order, and my New Year's resolution for 2014 is to not lose any of the ground that I've made in 2013. A big part of my problem, besides general laziness and procrastination, is my diet. I've gotten better about fast food, but I'm still not eating the right portions and I snack a lot.

My idea is that if I photograph at least one meal a day, and record everything edible or drinkable that goes into my mouth, I'll be more likely to realize the sheer volume of food that I'm eating, as well as the quality. I'm incredibly picky, so I probably won't have too many crazy things, but I'm interested to see how this goes. If nothing else, it will be an exercise in daily journaling.
