Snacks:
1 Quaker Chewy chocolate chip granola bar

Lunch:
about a cup of pasta with mixed tomato and alfredo sauce

Dinner:
Same as lunch

Second dinner (when I got home five hours after dinner):
1 fried chicken breast from Bob's Chicken
4 jo-jos
ranch dip
