Snacks:
medium-full cup of vanilla and chocolate LimeBerry frozen yogurt with butterfinger pieces and caramel sauce

Lunch:
a bowl of gemelli pasta with alfredo sauce
leftover chicken breast

Dinner:
~8oz sirloin tip steak
~1 1/2 cups of green beans
2 sourdough rolls with butter
