0.78 oz Rice Krispy Treat (per the package)
2 12g pieces of Almond Roca
1 Flake bar
1 bite of handmade Austrian white chocolate bar
Lunch:
8 beef taquitos with mayo/mustard sauce
Dinner:
Panko-breaded steak strips (about 8 oz)
1 cup of rice
1 big handful (before cooking) fresh spinach with a dash of cream and olive oil
poultry gravy
