Snacks:
1 Rice Krispy Treat
2 squares of peppermint bark
1 piece of pita bread with hummus

Breakfast:
1 plain bagel with cream cheese

Lunch:
leftover rice with ground turkey and gravy

Dinner:
1 pita bread sandwich (turkey and havarti)
1 baggie of Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips
