8 oz cups of water: 5
1 20 oz Caramel Apple Spice from Starbucks

Snacks:
1 Quaker Chewy Yogurt granola bar- strawberry flavored
1 square of Milka Tuc candy bar

Lunch:
Thai Way fried rice, basil chicken, and grilled chicken

Dinner:
Turkey sandwich with fries and mayo/mustard dip
(I only ended up eating half of the sandwich)
