8 oz cups of water:4
24 oz of cranberry-raspberry juice
16 oz of cherry kool-aid

Snacks:
2 chocolate chip cookies after giving blood
10 red gummy bears
1 leftover slice of Domino's pizza

Lunch:
Turkey and provolone sandwich
a few bites of vegetarian chili (it was far too spicy for me!)

Dinner:
6 oz? of chicken breast
about 1 cup of mashed potatoes with butter
1 half ear of corn on the cob
