8 oz cups of water: 5

Snacks:
2 12g almond roca pieces
1 bite of Twirl candy bar

Lunch:
open-faced chili sandwich (bread, mayo, chili, cheese)

Dinner:
Shepherd's Pie!  Ground beef, onions, and carrots underneath mashed potatoes with a sprinkle of cheese
